Sons of Delco

In Chester, PA, on Dec. 7, 1682, 

William Penn ‘s General Assembly united Pennsylvania, adopting the Great Law, granting the right to vote, citizenship, freedom of religion, and trial by jury.  

And so...Delco was born.
